Where We Ship

We currently ship across the United States. International shipping isn't available—yet.

Fulfillment Time

All Operation Creed gear is made to order through our U.S.-based production partner.
Please allow 2–7 business days for fulfillment.

Shipping Time (After Fulfillment)

• Standard: 3–5 business days
• Expedited: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Total delivery time = Fulfillment + Shipping

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days from the time of purchase.

Shipping Carriers

We use USPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on location and delivery speed.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking info as soon as your gear ships.
If it's been more than 7 business days with no update, email us at Support@OperationCreed.com.

Delays & Exceptions

Delays can happen—holidays, weather, or heavy drops can slow things down.
If your order seems off, contact us and we'll look into it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking says "delivered" but the package never showed up:
1. Check with your neighbors or local carrier first
2. Still missing? Email us—we'll do what we can

We're not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses or theft after delivery, but we'll try to help where we can.
