RETURN POLICY
At Operation Creed, everything is made to order through our partner Printful. That means we don't hold inventory—each piece is printed specifically for you.
Returns are limited due to the nature of print-on-demand, but if something's off, we'll step in and do right by you.
Defective or Damaged Orders
If your order shows up misprinted, damaged, or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery. We'll review the issue, and if Printful confirms it was their error, we'll cover the cost to replace it.
Lost packages must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Wrong Address
If the shipping address you provide is incomplete or incorrect, your package may get returned to Printful. If that happens, you'll be responsible for reshipment costs.
Unclaimed Packages
If your package isn't claimed and gets returned, you'll also need to cover reshipping.
Face Masks & Health Products
Due to health and hygiene laws, face masks and sealed products can't be returned or reshipped. Any returns with these items will be discarded.
Buyer's Remorse & Size Exchanges
If it happens, just email us.
We don't have a giant warehouse—but we believe in doing right by our people.
If it's clear you're not trying to game the system, we'll eat the cost and send you the correct size. We just ask that you cover the cost of shipping. That's the Creed.
