FREE U.S. SHIPPING | EVERY ORDER FUNDS THE MISSION
F.A.Q - PRODUCT & SHIPPING
We offer more than just shirts. From hats and hoodies to mugs, flags, and other mission-ready gear—everything we make is designed with purpose, not fluff. All gear is printed and fulfilled through a U.S.-based partner we trust.
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes another 3–7 days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your gear is on the move.
Right now, we only ship within the U.S. We may expand soon—sign up for updates if you’re overseas.
F.A.Q - ORDERS & RETURNS
Because everything is made to order, we can only make changes within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your item is already in production.
If it happens, just email us. We don’t have a giant warehouse—but we believe in doing right by our people. If it’s clear you’re not trying to game the system, we’ll eat the cost and send you the correct size. We just ask that you cover the shipping. That’s the Creed.
Since we print everything on demand, we can’t accept general returns or size-based exchanges. But if your item arrives defective, misprinted, or clearly off—we’ll make it right.
Send us a photo and your order number. If it’s damaged, we’ll get a replacement sent out ASAP at no cost to you.
F.A.Q - SUPPORT
Email us directly at Support@OperationCreed.com. We respond within 24–48 hours, Monday–Friday.
F.A.Q - BRAND MISSION
Buy any item = 1 entry. We run high-quality giveaways like Milwaukee tools, Klein gear, and more. Winners are picked at random and announced on our socials and by email. No gimmicks. Just real gear for real people.
We design gear with meaning—not fluff—and use the profits to give back where the need is real. That means helping veterans, families in crisis, and working men who never ask for handouts.
Sometimes that’s in Texas. Sometimes it’s in the Philippines or Mexico.
We help where others walk away—and we do it with purpose, faith, and grit.
We help where the need is real. Sometimes that’s a vet in Texas. Other times it’s a family rebuilding in the Philippines. The mission is simple: Build where others walk away.
